The service desk team provide advice and technical support to all Calculating Quality Reporting System (CQRS) system users.
Non-urgent advice: How do I contact the service desk?
The service desk can be contacted Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, excluding bank holidays.
This is a single service desk which resolves issues for both National claims and Local claims.
The team can assist with:
- support on system issues
- password resets and account unlocks
- general advice and guidance
- RLO referral queries
Resetting Passwords or Unlocking Accounts
For password reset requests, please contact the Service Desk on: support@cqrs.co.uk. Due to security purposes, password resets can only be actioned via email. Please be advised we can only reset CQRS passwords for accounts that are linked to an NHS.net email address.
If you are experiencing issues logging in via the single sign on option, please contact the CQRS Service Desk by phone: 0330 124 4029 or via email: support@cqrs.co.uk.
If your account is locked, this can be unlocked by either an admin user within your practice or alternatively you can contact the Service Desk by phone on 0330 124 4039 or via email: support@cqrs.co.uk
Issues with payments
To check the status of an achievement on CQRS, please follow the steps to run the ‘Payment Declaration Report’. If you have any queries relating to payments that have not been received following financial approval (sent to SSD status), please contact PCSE.
