The service desk team provide advice and technical support to Calculating Quality Reporting Service (CQRS) system users.

The team can assist with:

  • support on system issues
  • password resets and account unlocks
  • general advice and guidance
  • RLO referral queries

Please note that requests to reset passwords or unlock system accounts must be sent by email from your NHS mail account. The team are unable to manage these requests by phone.
