The service desk team provide advice and technical support to CQRS system users.
- The team can assist with:
- support on system issues
- password resets and account unlocks
- general advice and guidance
- RLO referral queries
If you are experiencing problems with the CQRS system, you can log a call with the service desk – please email: firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0330 124 4039.
Please note that requests to reset passwords or unlock system accounts must be sent by email from your NHS mail account. The team are unable to manage these requests by phone.
