NHS Launches Redesigned Website for Primary Care Reporting

NHS England announces the launch of its redesigned Calculating Quality Reporting Service (CQRS) website, now live at welcome.cqrs.nhs.uk. The updated website improves access to information, resources and tools to help commissioners and GP practices.
CQRS is funded by NHS England and managed by the NHS CSU Collaborative, a partnership of commissioning support units (CSUs). CQRS is a web-based reporting and payments system used within primary care.
CQRS National manages payments to GP practices and facilitates the monitoring of quality related indicators and outcomes of national claims in support of the GP contract.
CQRS Local supports the management of claims for the delivery of Local Enhanced Services which reflect local priorities. CQRS is used by Commissioners (Integrated Care Boards) and primary care providers (GP practices and Primary Care Networks). It also provides accurate and timely reporting.
The launch of the new CQRS website is part of NHS England’s ongoing effort to enhance support for GP practices and commissioners by reducing administrative burden. The website has been built with user experience in mind, offering a modernised layout, intuitive navigation, and improved accessibility for healthcare professionals.
Based on the NHS Nightingale template, the new website will help users quickly find relevant guidance and support about CQRS, including training materials and direct links to the two CQRS claims systems.
Deborah Matson-Beale, Head of GP Payments for CQRS National and Local, on behalf of the CSU Collaborative, said: “We’re delighted to deliver a refreshed website that provides enhanced and more accessible information on the CQRS systems to support our primary care colleagues in the processing of their claims. We have worked closely with users to ensure the new website contains the information they need to understand more about CQRS and how the systems can support reporting and payments within primary care.”
Commissioners and GP practice managers are encouraged to visit the new site: welcome.cqrs.nhs.uk.
