I am new to CQRS, how do I get an account?
If you are a new GP practice user requiring access to CQRS at practice level, you need to speak to a member of your practice who has user admin permission. If there are no users in the practice with user admin permission, you will need to contact your commissioning organisation to request account access.
However, if you are a new user within a commissioning organisation and require CQRS access, either a member of your organisation or the commissioning region can create a new user account for you.

Can we use a generic/shared email address when requesting a CQRS account?
No. This is not permitted as it goes against cyber security policies and would hinder any auditing which may be undertaken. Commissioning organisations are requested to decline such account requests. Each account must have the user’s full name and email address.
