Quality and Outcomes Framework 2026/27 Service Available in CQRS National

The Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF) 2026/27 service is now available in CQRS National.

Service start date: 1 April 2026

Service end date: 31 March 2027

The QOF 2026/27 service can now be offered out by Commissioners via CQRS National to GP practices who may accept participation. Participation must be completed by end of day 20 March 2026 to enable timely aspiration calculations and payments.

Failure to complete this action may mean GP practices miss out on aspiration payments in Aprirl 2026.

For organisations affected by mergers from 1 April 2026, please use new organisation codes when offering QOF 2026/27.
