Commissioner User Roles on CQRS National

CQRS National User Roles

CQRS National has two types of users: Commissioners and Primary Care Providers. User roles are set up by the CQRS team during onboarding and users are provided with individual usernames and passwords.

Commissioner User Roles

Within commissioning Integrated Care Boards, there are 10 types of user roles:

User Administrator: users set up and manage user access on CQRS National for the Area Team only.

Advanced User Administrator: users set up and manage user access on CQRS National for the Area Team and all GP practices administered by the Area Team.

Finance View: allows users to view the achievement for QOF, DES and other supported Quality Services of all GP practices administered by the Area Team.

View: users can view points, but not pounds, achievement for QOF, DES and other supported Quality Services of all GP practices administered by the Area Team.

Achievement Entry: users can manually enter achievement data for the GP practices administered by the Area Team.

Commissioning Manager: allows users to commission QOF, DES and other CQRS-supported Quality Services from the GP practices administered by the Area Team.

Approval Management: this role allows users to confirm that the achievement for a Quality Service recorded on CQRS National for a GP practice administered by the Area Team is correct and can be used for payment.

Finance Management: allows users to confirm that a payment should be made for a Quality Service to a GP practice administered by the Area Team.

Supervisor: allows a user to see all the outstanding CQRS tasks and messages for their Area Team.

Organisation Administrator: this role can create and update organisations for descendant organisations, and controls creating Service Provider Clusters and Allocated Report access.

Some of these roles can be restricted by the payment type.
