The following NHS Services have been extended in the Calculating Reporting Service (CQRS) National system:
Physical health checks for people with severe mental illness

Offered out by NHS England.
Please note, participation for all GP practices that are currently participating will be extended automatically. GP practices that are not currently participating will need to accept the service once it is offered.
