QOF/NCD Year End CRP Checks
Commissioners can now amend the Contractor Registered Population (CRC) for their practices. The CRP determines final Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF) 2025/26 and Network Contract DES (NCD) 2025/26 achievement calculations in CQRS National.
If there has been, or will be, a change of circumstances for a practice that will affect the patient list size that needs to be accounted for in the QOF/NCD calculation, we recommend checking the CRP figure against 1 January 2026 and if a change is required, submit an amendment form to support@cqrs.co.uk by 31 March 2026 (end of day) to enable an accurate achievement calculation.
Amendments submitted after this date may not be reflected in time, potentially impacting the QOF 2025/26 achievement calculation which is expected early April. We ask that changes are requested as soon as possible to avoid any inaccuracies.
Verifying CRP within the system
The CRP can be checked by running the Service Provider Population Report. The screenshot below shows where you can access the report in CQRS National via Reports>Achievement>Service Provider Population.
Run the report for the quarter of Jan-March under financial year 2025/26.
