Remaining Payment Date Options for Approving Payments for the NCD 2025-26 Service

The remaining payment date options available for approving payments for the Network Contract DES (NCD) 2025-2026 service to meet the 31 August deadline (as per NCD specification) are:

*PCSE Payment Calendar: Payment dates will be alongside other PCN payments (on or around 20th of the month). Please account for the time for processing of data within PCSE online and banking timescales after approvals have been made.

Action required for the 20th July payment date

To facilitate a 20th July payment date, please complete the following actions by Friday, 3rd July 2026:

1. Commissioners to advise PCNs to review their final Achievement data on CQRS National and declare all NCD25/26 indicators. Further guidance on declaring an indicator within a service.  Note: It is recommended that the Achievement Summary report is run prior to declaration to confirm that the CRP and the total Achievement value is accurate.
2. Following service provider approval of the achievement data, Commissioners are required to declare the achievement.
3. Once all declarations have been completed, Commissioners are required to financially approve the final Achievement value to enable payment to be processed by PCSE (payment agency).

Important:  Please ensure the NCD 25/26 Achievement values are final and accurate prior to completing the financial approval, as submissions cannot be amended within CQRS National once approved. Any subsequent corrections will need to be managed manually outside of the system.
